Return Policy
REPLACEMENT:
If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, please save the packaging, take pictures, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll promptly send you a new item at no extra cost.
REFUND:
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available.
Order changes and Cancellations
Since all of our pieces are made-to-order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process.

Delivery
Delivery services
We offer delivery service options depending on the delivery address and post codes. The cost and available options can be checked by adding the item in the shopping cart and then enter the address to calculate the delivery charges and select the service available to suite your needs.
Delivery areas
Our standard delivery area includes Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland and within the EU at this time. Please contact us directly for a quotation.
* We do not offer any guarantee on delivery due to lot of factors and uncertainty can affects the delivery but enjoying 92% success rate to be delivered within the given time frame. working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
Upon receipt of goods
If you discover a problem with the delivery or an item/items that you have received from us appear to be damaged or defective, please e-mail us within 24 hours explaining the problem in as much detail as possible.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for used merchandise.
We will investigate your claim and depending on the nature of the issue we may request that you return the items to us for inspection.
Upon inspection a decision will then be made, and we will either dispatch replacements, refund or return the goods back to you.
Returns
To return an item you need to contact us at giantflowersireland@outlook.com or WhatsApp at+353 89 269 0587 and retain your return reference number. We do not accept, or process return request over the phone to keep the conversation documented.
Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received and in original packaging. Please note that used items will not be uplifted and cannot be replaced or refunded, returned used items will be discarded and no refund or exchange offered. So please note that it is your sole responsibility to order items on time and to check orders when they arrive to confirm it is the correct items as we will not accept used products back even if they were sent incorrectly in the first place.
It’s also important that customers ensure that goods are cared for and stored properly once received as you are solely responsible for what happens to items once its delivered. And you must check for damage on delivery and notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any damage
Buyer needs to pay the return postage and notify us the tracking information immediately. If the item is damaged, we will absorb the return postage cost.
Compensations for Loss of Earnings: Whilst every effort is made to ensure that orders are delivered within specified delivery timescales, Giant Flowers Ireland will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to failure to meet agreed delivery deadlines. Please email us to cancel delayed order prior to shipping if it is no longer required or reject goods when courier attempt, otherwise you will have to return goods for refund at your own cost.
